Nous proposons un ensemble de services personnalisés pour le confort de nos résidents tel que du ménage, des aides humaines, de la restauration avec nos propres cuisiniers, un service de blanchisserie … La relation de confiance est primordiale : vous connaissez les résidents et ils vous connaissent.

Espace et Vie est reconnue parmi les meilleures enseignes sous la catégorie SERVICES A LA PERSONNE dans la section RESIDENCE SENIORS.

Cette enquête a été réalisée auprès d'un panel de 20 000 consommateurs et en voici les différents critères de distinction :

· Attention portée à la clientèle (accueil, rapidité de contact, etc.)

· Niveau d'expertise (compétence du personnel, qualité de l’information, etc.)

· Volonté de recommander l’enseigne.

Placé(e) sous la supervision de la Direction Réseau, le/la Directeur/trice assure le pilotage de la résidence dans le cadre des orientations stratégiques du groupe.

Nous recherchons un Directeur de Résidence Services Seniors (H/F) pour notre résidence de BAIN-DE-BRETAGNE (35) dès que possible.

En tant que Directeur, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Recrutement et gestion du Personnel
  • Gestion de l’hébergement des Résidents et des Prestations
  • Gestion liée aux activités commerciales
  • Contrôle et organisation des Prestations
  • Gestion liée à la facturation
  • Gestion technique de la résidence
  • Relations avec les Familles et spécialistes Médicaux
  • Suivi du budget
  • Gestion de la restauration et de l'animation
  • Inscription dans une démarche qualité et politique de gestion des risques

Votre profil :

De formation Bac+5 (Master, CAFDES) idéalement, ayant une connaissance du public senior, vous avez une expérience significative dans la direction d'un (plusieurs) établissement(s). Vous maîtrisez également l’outil informatique.

Vous êtes disponible, polyvalent et réactif. De plus, vos qualités administratives et commerciales, votre très bon relationnel et votre rigueur vont de pair avec un vrai sens de l’écoute.
