Nous recherchons un Responsable Maintenance Immobilière H/F dès que possible, en CDI.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Entretien du Parc Immobilier : Gestion du SAV afin de maintenir nos outils de travail en bon état de fonctionnement (identification des besoins et suivi des prestataires) Validation des budgets des copropriétés avec les Syndics Propositions d’amélioration de nos espaces privés Suivis des consommations énergétiques Gestion des DO (avec les syndics si besoin)
  • Pilotage de l’activité : Utilisation d’indicateurs, tableaux de bord et outils de reporting et de suivi d'activité pour transmission auprès du Directeur immobilier Plan d’amélioration programmé sur 3 années glissantes Le Responsable Maintenance Immobilière devra s’assurer de la poursuite du respect du cahier des charges fonctionnel de nos résidences

Des déplacements réguliers (chaque semaine) sont à prévoir sur le territoire d'affectation. Permis B indispensable.

Lieu: Territoire Rhône Alpes et Seine ( Meulan - St Egreve - Sallanches - Andrézieux - Valserhône et Biviers).

De formation Bac +3 minimum (idéalement) et/ou ayant déjà une expérience de 5 ans minimum acquise en gestion de parc résidentiel avec services (Résidences Seniors, Etudiantes, Affaires, de tourisme ou toutes autres résidences gérées).

Vous avez développé de réelles compétences en terme d’équipements techniques du bâtiment et la construction. Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, d'une bonne gestion des priorités et de capacités analytiques.

Rémunération entre 2800 et 3200 euros brut mensuel, selon profil et expérience.
