Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and SharePoint Online. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing business solutions to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance user experience across the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Design and implement custom web parts, extensions, and integrations using SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, where required.
  • Implement and support Microsoft Copilot solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise applications.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, content structures, and document management solutions.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure security and compliance.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio, including AI-powered solutions and agent development.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint administration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and authentication mechanisms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, permissions, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, and solution deployment.
  • Exposure to AI-driven business process automation and enterprise Copilot implementations.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
