Description

client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL. Responsibilities:

  • Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations
  • Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs
  • Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates
  • Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities
  • As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required)
  • 10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)
  • Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable
  • SQL experience is highly preferred
