Job Description

Join our Palm Springs, CA team!

Physician – OB/GYN (Outpatient ONLY, no Inpatient coverage)

Salary Range: $280,000–$350,000/year + $25,000 signon bonus

Requirements to Apply

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

BoardCertified OB/GYN

Active California medical license

Current DEA registration

Ability to perform fullscope obstetrical and gynecological care

CPR certification through the American Heart Association (inperson)

Ability to supervise advanced practice providers and clinical staff

Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

Fulltime, permanent OB/GYN physician role providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient women's health services in a missiondriven, communityfocused care environment.

Job Overview

This position delivers fullscope obstetrical and gynecological care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services, to a multicultural, multilingual patient population. The physician will share OB/GYN coverage and clinic call rotation, supervise Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams. Ideal candidates are patientcentered, clinically strong, and committed to highquality care in a community health setting.
