Vi söker en driven och engagerad ledare som vill utveckla vår Meeting & Event-avdelning och dess fantastiska medarbetare. Tillsammans skapar ni mötesupplevelser i toppklass och stärker vår position som en av Sveriges bästa mötesanläggningar.

Hur kan en dag se ut? Vi hanterar allt från det lilla mötet till stora event och banketter. Avdelningen består av projektkoordinering och konferensdrift, och tillsammans ansvarar ni för gästens resa från signerad offert till uppföljning. Du leder det dagliga arbetet, utvecklar teamet och säkerställer att både detaljer och helhet håller högsta kvalitet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att:

Leda, coacha och utveckla teamet samt ansvara för schemaläggning, rekrytering och utbildning.

Ansvara för avdelningens budget, rutiner och KPI.

Driva försäljning, merförsäljning och lönsamhet.

Säkerställa god kommunikation och samordning mellan hotellets avdelningar.

Följa upp gästnöjdhet, fakturering och avdelningens resultat.

Så, vem är du? Du är en trygg och driven ledare med erfarenhet från en liknande roll eller bransch. Du är målinriktad, tävlingsinriktad och brinner för att utvecklas – samtidigt som du får dina medarbetare och avdelningen att trivas och växa. Du är strukturerad, har öga för detaljer och är en god kommunikatör med lätt för att bygga relationer. Med ditt lugn, din nyfikenhet och ditt lösningsfokus skapar du engagemang även när tempot är högt. Vi tror att du har:

Erfarenhet av ledarskap, personalansvar och budgetrapportering.

Erfarenhet av försäljning, affärsdrivande arbete och merförsäljning.

Förmåga att organisera, prioritera och motivera ett team.

Passion för service och ett genuint intresse för att utveckla människor och verksamhet.

Erfarenhet från event, konferens, hotell eller restaurang är meriterande.
