Job Description

1. ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations

• Generation of Invoices, Debit & Credit Notes for Domestic Sales and Export in line with the Indirect Tax Regime in India

• Entering Receipt of payments in the System and Invoice Matching / Reconciliation

• Customer Ledger Reconciliation taking into account GST and Form 26 AS / Form 16A

• Maintaining proper documentation for the transactions in accordance with the policies, procedures and Internal controls laid out by the Company

• Invoice matching with goods received and services availed. Domestic and Imports after taking into account the Direct and Indirect Taxes aspects

• Generation of Weekly reports

• Vendor / Supplier ledger reconciliation taking into account

• Compilation of GST and making tax Payments for both direct and Indirect Taxes

• Overview maintenance of cash Book and Bank Book

• Reconciliation of Bank and Cash on a monthly basis

• Reconciliation of vendor & customer ledger.(refund)

• Liaising with Bankers for Fixed Deposits Interest Receipts, Form 16A, Interest Calculation Reconciliation

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assign

2. KEY DECISIONS

• Operating as point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts

• Updating payable , receivables and reconciliation

• Billing Preparation ( GRN & SO, Shipment & PO Amendment)

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

• Relevant experience in accounts

Total Years of Experience:

• Total Experience: 4-5 years of experience in relevant field

Functional Skills:

• Accounting systems and procedures

• Thorough knowledge of accounts receivables & payables

• Basic of accounting

• Data Entry Management

• Provide Quality and Accurate Information

Behavioral Skills:

• Proactivity in performing roles and responsibilities

• Flexibility to maintain high standard
