We are seeking a professional and dependable Remote Client Services Representative to assist clients with inquiries, scheduling, communications, and routine service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries by email, chat, and other channels.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle routine client requests and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and client communications.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
