LOSAM Agency cherche son ou sa futur(e) Commercial(e) BtoB 🚀

Le Poste:

Directement rattaché(e) à la Directrice du Pôle Client, vous avez pour mission de piloter un portefeuille de clients et de le développer en respectant le processus de vente LOSAM. En convertissant les prospects grâce à un discours qualitatif et percutant vous aurez la charge d'expliquer les avantages des services de l'agence et de répondre aux questions des prospects, ainsi que de suivre ces derniers jusqu'à la signature des contrats.

L’objectif principal 🎯

Commercialisation des dispositifs proposés par LOSAM

Les Missions :

Vos missions s’articulent autour de trois temps forts :

Conquête de nouveaux partenaires

  • Veille et identification de nouveaux partenaires pour les dispositifs, prise de contact auprès des décideurs
  • Compréhension de besoins et attentes des nouveaux partenaires pour formuler la proposition la plus adaptée
  • Négociation et contractualisation avec les nouveaux partenaires
  • Suivi de la satisfaction des nouveaux partenaires

Fidélisation du portefeuille de partenaires

  • Mise en œuvre du renouvellement des contrats et du développement des comptes
  • Partage d’analyses de besoins auprès des équipes en charge
  • Force de proposition selon les besoins des partenaires pour anticiper des idées commerciales
  • Cultiver une relation client excellente grâce à une culture de confiance, de liens, de feedbacks et d’exigence

Reporting et pilotage :

  • Participation active à la création des dispositifs dans leur format, leur cible et leurs objectifs business
  • Suivi et reporting des actions en cours et des plannings de ventes
  • Pilotage de la contractualisation des devis, des modalités contractuelles
  • Suivi de la facturation avec la comptabilité
  • Partages des informations et nouveautés du compte auprès des interlocuteurs clés LOSAM
