Für unser Werk in Bramsche suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen

Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Ziehmaschine nach Vorgaben für den Einlaufdurchmesser und mit bereitgestelltem Ziehsteinsatz einziehen
  • Blankdraht entsprechend der Vorgaben für den Lackdrahtdurchmesser in den einzelnen Lackauftragssystemen mit Lackierdüsen bzw. mit Lackierfilzen einziehen
  • Lackiergeschwindigkeit und Spulentype nach Vorgaben am Wickler einstellen
  • Gleitmittel nach Vorgaben einsetzen
  • Inline Prüfsysteme nach Vorgaben einstellen (IPT/I-FACT)
  • Durchführung von Q-Prüfungen (Anfahrprüfung) nach Vorgaben und Bereitstellung der Lackdrahtprobe für den Q-Prüfer
  • Vorzugsblankdraht nachsetzen
  • Spule mit Gleitmittelfaden nachsetzen bzw. flüssiges Gleitmittel nachfüllen
  • Bei Bedarf Lack nachfüllen
  • Fertige Lackdrahtspulen abnehmen, im EDV-System anmelden, Bedienerselbstprüfung am Produkt nach Vorgaben durchführen und dokumentieren
  • Alle Lackdrahtspulen auf die Spulenförderanlage stellen
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation vom Drahtlauf, Inline-Ziehmaschine, Glühe, Lackierofen, Lackversorgung, Inline-Prüfsystemen, Gleitmittelauftrag und Aufwickeleinheit
  • Dokumentation von Prozessparametern (Geschwindigkeitsänderung)
  • Alle Abweichungen umgehend dem Vorarbeiter melden
  • Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten

Ihr Profil:

  • Wünschenswert fachbezogene Berufsausbildung
  • Gutes technisches Grundverständnis
  • Grundkenntnisse hinsichtlich Bedienung von Maschinensteuerungen
  • Erfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb von Vorteil, bevorzugt Metallbearbeitung
  • Erste Kenntnisse der Bedienerselbstprüfung wünschenswert
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, flexibel, teamfähig und engagiert
