Für unser Produktionslabor in Trimbach suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit erster Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Produkt\- und Prozessqualität. Ergänzend unterstützt du uns in Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits\- und Umweltschutz (EHS) und kannst dich schrittweise in diesen Bereich einarbeiten.

Quality \& EHS Manager 100% m/w/d =================================

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du überwachst und prüfst die Produkt\- und Prozessqualität und unterstützt die Einhaltung unserer internen und externen Qualitätsstandards.

* Du wirkst bei internen und externen Audits gemäss ISO\- und Unternehmensstandards mit und überprüfst im Produktionsalltag die Einhaltung von Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen.

* Du unterstützt die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Checklisten in unserem Qualitätsmanagementsystem eQMS.

* Du analysierst Qualitätsabweichungen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit der Produktion und dem Qualitätsmanagement Sofortmassnahmen sowie nachhaltige Lösungen zur Fehlervermeidung.

* Du stellst Qualitätskennzahlen bereit, wertest diese täglich aus und leitest Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab.

* Du unterstützt die Überwachung von Prüfmitteln und Anlagen sowie deren Dokumentation.

* Du erkennst Schulungsbedarf, erstellst Schulungspläne und \-unterlagen und führst Schulungen durch.

* Du unterstützt bei EHS\-Begehungen, Unterweisungen, der Massnahmenverfolgung und der Pflege der Dokumentation.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung.

* Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Qualitätssicherungsumfeld.

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten oder vergleichbaren Dokumentationen.

* Gute Kenntnisse von Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP) und strukturierten Problemlösung sowie erste Erfahrung im \-Management.

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Interesse an EHS und Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung. Erste EHS\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

* Erfahrung in der Augenoptik oder Brillenglasindustrie sowie eine Weiterbildung im \-Management sind von Vorteil.
