The posting

Vi söker nu en Handläggare med erfarenhet inom fastighetsområdet för ett interimsuppdrag hos en offentlig verksamhet i Göteborg.

Du kommer att arbeta nära enhetschef, förvaltare, entreprenörer och andra interna funktioner och bidra till struktur, uppföljning och framdrift i det dagliga arbetet.

Om uppdraget

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • stödja den dagliga planeringen och säkerställa att arbetsordrar påbörjas och hanteras enligt plan
  • följa upp det dagliga arbetet och rapportera avvikelser till enhetschef
  • fungera som kontaktyta mot hyresgästservice i akuta frågor
  • följa upp genomförda driftronder och identifiera samt rapportera avvikelser
  • följa upp åtgärder från driftronder och paketera underhållsbehov inför fortsatt dialog med förvaltare
  • ta fram och sammanställa rapporter från fastighetssystem
  • följa upp entreprenörsbeställningar tillsammans med beställare
  • sammanställa försenade ärenden och bidra till en effektiv dialog med entreprenörer
  • fånga upp och strukturera frågor som uppkommer i verksamheten för vidare dialog och återkoppling med enhetschef
  • bidra med utredande, samordnande och uppföljande arbete inom enheten.

Vi söker dig som

  • har högskoleutbildning eller likvärdig utbildning inom relevant område
  • har minst tre års erfarenhet av liknande arbete
  • har god förståelse för offentlig förvaltning och kommunal verksamhet
  • har kunskap och erfarenhet inom fastighetsområdet
  • är van att arbeta strukturerat med uppföljning, samordning och administration
  • har god vana av att arbeta i olika system och mycket goda kunskaper i MS Office
  • är trygg i kontakten med entreprenörer, kollegor och andra interna och externa kontaktytor
  • självständigt kan driva och följa upp arbetsuppgifter utifrån givna riktlinjer och rutiner.

Som person är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och kommunikativ. Du har lätt för att skapa ordning och fånga upp det som behöver hanteras och trivs i en roll där du fungerar som ett praktiskt och administrativt stöd till ansvarig chef.
