Ab dem 01.09.2027 wirst Du Teil unseres Teams in Rott am Inn bei Rosenheim. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Ausbildung im Bereich Eventmanagement, Veranstaltungsplanung und Organisation, mit spannenden Einblicken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Organisation spannender Events und Veranstaltungen, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Durchführung vor Ort.
  • Direkter Kundenkontakt: Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Buchungs- und Auftragsabwicklung sowie Abstimmung mit Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Einblicke in all unsere Erlebnisstandorte: Von der Organisation bis zur Gästebetreuung
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Personalwesen und Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation und weiteren kaufmännischen Aufgaben

Voraussetzungen

Wir suchen jemanden, der unsere Leidenschaft teilt: Menschen glücklich machen, gemeinsam im Team etwas bewegen und unvergessliche Erlebnisse schaffen.

Bei uns zählen Teamgeist, Begeisterung, Offenheit für Neues und die Bereitschaft, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Zusätzlich bringst Du Folgendes mit:

  • Mindestens mittlere Reife, Fachabitur oder Abitur
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen und eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Erste Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
