Hey, wir sind Tela, ein Unternehmen in Familienhand. Über 200 hoch motivierte, fachkundige Mitarbeitende stellen im bernischen Niederbipp, unter anderem mit der Schweizer Traditionsmarke Tela, die Versorgung unserer regionalen und internationalen Kunden sicher. Als familiengeführtes Unternehmen ergänzt Tela seit 2021 als Partnerin einen seit gut 40 Jahren bestehenden Verbund von Hygienepapierfabriken in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Polen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Niederbipp suchen wir baldmöglichst Dich als

Gesamtprojektleiter 100% (m/w/d) ##

Aufgaben ###

  • Projektverantwortung: Von der ersten Idee bis zur Inbetriebnahme übernimmst du die Verantwortung für spannende Projekte rund um Infrastruktur, Prozessautomation und Produktionsanlagen. Kosten, Qualität und Termine? Hast du jederzeit im Blick!
  • Innovation vorantreiben: Du erkennst technische Potenziale, entwickelst clevere Lösungen und bringst unsere Produktionsanlagen auf das nächste Level. Dabei stehen Effizienz, Sicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit im Fokus.
  • Alles auf Kurs: Als zentrale Drehscheibe koordinierst du interne und externe Partner, steuerst unser Projektportfolio und sorgst mit einem durchdachten Controlling für volle Transparenz bei Kosten, Ressourcen und Fortschritten.
  • Von der Idee zur Umsetzung: Du entwickelst Lösungskonzepte, prüfst deren Wirtschaftlichkeit, begleitest Vergabeverhandlungen und erstellst technische Dokumentationen. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass aus guten Ideen erfolgreiche Projekte werden.

Profil ###

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH in Maschinenbau, Verfahrens-, Papier- oder Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur und von Vorteil eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte bringst du mit, idealerweise in der Industrie oder Papierproduktion. Auch komplexe Projekte bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe.
  • Technisches Verständnis & IT-Kompetenz: Mit MS Office bist du bestens vertraut, denkst digital und begeisterst dich für technische Lösungen. Erfahrung mit Prozessanlagen ist ein Plus.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du denkst voraus, triffst Entscheidungen und bringst Projekte konsequent ins Ziel. Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sprachen: Auf Deutsch kommunizierst du sicher und überzeugend. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
