Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie leiten Entwicklungsprojekte sowie technische Supportaufgaben im Bereich der Tribologie. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf Schmierverfahren und der Ausarbeitung von Schmieranweisungen für Quarzwerke. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen, um optimale Lösungen für reibungs\- und verschleißtechnische Fragestellungen sicherzustellen.

Zusätzlich führen Sie Charakterisierungsanalysen mittels optischer Profilometrie und Tribometrie durch, um Oberflächen\- und Reibungsparameter präzise zu bewerten und technische Optimierungen zu unterstützen

Zudem stellen Sie die technische Unterstützung in Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich, sowohl für die verschiedenen internen Fachbereiche, als auch für die Firmen der Swatch Group sicher.

Profil

Sie verfügen über eine Ingenieurausbildung auf MASTER\-HES\-Niveau oder über einen als gleichwertig anerkannten Abschluss.

Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Tribologie mit.

Sie sind dynamisch und kreativ, und Ihre offene und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit zeichnet Sie aus. Als kontaktfreudige Person legen Sie zudem grossen Wert auf eine konstruktive Arbeit im Team.

Sprachen

Ihre Muttersprache ist Französisch oder Deutsch. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache oder sind motiviert diese zu lernen. Gute Englischkenntnisse wären zudem von Vorteil.
