Je rapporteert aan een regionale directeur en bent verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van het verkoopbeleid en treedt op als ambassadeur van ons merk en onze waarden.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn - De verkoop stimuleren door een onberispelijke klantenservice en winkelimago te handhaven. - De prestaties van de winkel ontwikkelen door de verschillende indicatoren op te volgen (omzet, gemiddeld winkelmandje, conversiepercentage, enz.). - Je team beheren en leiden in overeenstemming met de waarden van het bedrijf: talent aanwerven, integreren, opleiden en ontwikkelen door middel van een sterke teamgeest. - Ervoor zorgen dat het verkooppunt soepel verloopt, dat de procedures worden nageleefd en dat de waarden van het bedrijf worden uitgedragen.

- De HR-administratie en logistiek van de winkel beheren door toezicht te houden op het personeelsbeheer (tijdregistratie, planning, afwezigheden, enz.) en het voorraadbeheer, terwijl je de aanbevelingen van de winkel op het gebied van merchandising en etalage aanpast.

Je wilt graag aan de slag bij een toonaangevende Europese lingeriegroep en werken in een creatieve en innovatieve omgeving.

Je hebt succesvolle leidinggevende ervaring in de detailhandel, maar vooral je verlangen om te leren en te groeien binnen onze groep is essentieel.

Je bent een dynamische teamspeler en geniet ervan om je collega's dagelijks te ondersteunen.

Je bent proactief en toegewijd, je bent streng en hebt een constante zorg voor klantenservice.

Je hebt een sterk commercieel temperament en maakt je winkel graag gastvrij.
