Le/la chef\\-fe de projets est responsable, en tant que maître d'ouvrage, de l'ensemble du processus des projets d'infrastructures de mobilité selon les normes SIA 103 et 112 et de l'obtention des résultats conformément aux objectifs établis par le service, en respectant la qualité, les délais et les coûts fixés. Il/elle assure également la haute surveillance pour l'Etat sur les réseaux d'infrastructures cantonales de mobilité. \\Profil souhaité\\ \* Ingénieur\\-e en génie civil avec master UNI, EPF ou HES, ou formation et expérience jugées équivalentes \* Formation et expérience professionnelle dans la conduite y compris la planification de projets d'infrastructures de mobilité \* Expérience dans les études et dans le suivi de la réalisation d'infrastructures de mobilité \* Très bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse \* Sens de l'organisation et de la planification \* Créativité en matière de résolution de problèmes techniques liés au génie civil \* Connaissance des marchés publics \* Expérience du management de la qualité \* Aisance rédactionnelle \* Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue \\Coordonnées des personnes de contact\\ Frédéric Loup, Chef de secteur \[Écrire un email\](\< \>), T jpidfe5f509jm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
