Vos missions

  • Assurer le traitement administratif des étudiant\-e\-s tout au long de leur parcours de formation (inscription, admission, attestation, etc)
  • Soutenir l'organisation et la gestion académique (planification des séances, facturation, consultation des examens, etc) en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le/la coordinateur\-trice, le responsable de filière, le corps enseignant et les autres services de la HEG\-FR
  • Garantir l'accueil, renseigner et informer les étudiant\-e\-s et les professeur\-e\-s
  • Assurer la traçabilité de la gestion opérationnelle des étudiant\-e\-s au moyen de systèmes informatiques dédiés

Profil souhaité

  • CFC d'employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Sens de l'organisation affirmé, permettant d'évoluer dans un contexte complexe (volume important de séances et d'intervenant\-e\-s) et bonne compréhension des questions relatives à la formation
  • Sens du service, flexibilité, faculté à travailler en équipe, autonomie et esprit d'initiative
  • Excellentes connaissances des programmes MS\-Office, idéalement d'IS\-Academia, et intérêt à se former sur de nouveaux systèmes informatiques
  • Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
