Rejoignez l'équipe financière d'ETC à Saint-Denis et jouez un rôle clé dans le soutien des opérations financières d'une entreprise manufacturière d'envergure mondiale. Nous recherchons un(e) comptable rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), doté(e) de solides compétences analytiques, pour gérer un large éventail de responsabilités comptables, notamment la clôture mensuelle, la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients, la conformité en matière de TVA, le reporting financier, les rapprochements et l'assistance aux audits.

Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour un professionnel de la comptabilité qui apprécie de travailler de manière autonome, de collaborer avec différents services et de contribuer à la réussite financière de notre entreprise internationale.

Responsabilités des représentants:

  • Comptabilité générale et clôture
  • Examiner les dépenses, identifier les anomalies et proposer des ajustements
  • Vérifier l’exactitude des différents rapports financiers et leur conformité aux directives et réglementations comptables
  • Collecter et analyser les informations nécessaires à l’établissement des états financiers, des rapports et des déclarations fiscales
  • Enregistrer, vérifier et classer les opérations comptables courantes. Examiner les factures bloquées et les bons de livraison, préparer les documents de clôture et suivre les recettes.
  • Établir des rapports mensuels sur les écarts et d’autres rapports de gestion selon les besoins
  • Comptes fournisseurs : vérifier et enregistrer les factures, suivre les validations et préparer les paiements.
  • Comptes clients : suivre les encaissements, effectuer le rapprochement des comptes et assurer le recouvrement des créances impayées grâce à des relances régulières auprès des clients.
  • Dépenses : vérifier et enregistrer les dépenses professionnelles
  • Analyser les données et participer à la préparation des états financiers, des rapports et des déclarations de TVA
  • Recevoir, examiner et analyser les informations sources afin d’en vérifier la validité et de s’assurer qu’elles ont fait l’objet des validations appropriées Préparer et déposer les déclarations de TVA, les déclarations DEB, les listes de ventes intracommunautaires, les déclarations Intrastat et les déclarations relatives au dispositif de conformité environnementale.
  • Préparer les déclarations à l’Office national des statistiques et autres rapports requis
  • Participer à la préparation des documents de travail en vue de l’audit
  • Examiner les opérations bancaires, effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et surveiller les moyens de paiement.
  • Préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs, surveiller les échéances et contribuer à la gestion de la trésorerie.

Configuration minimale requise :

  • Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur en comptabilité, finance ou gestion d'entreprise, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente. Au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine.
  • Avoir passé les examens de comptabilité jusqu'au niveau « Finalist » ou être titulaire d'un diplôme professionnel.
  • Maîtrise de SAP ou d'un logiciel équivalent.
  • Expérience dans un environnement multidevises.
  • Expérience en matière de calcul intégré des coûts standard.
  • Expérience en matière de comptabilité des succursales et filiales étrangères.
  • Expérience des exigences en matière de TVA en France et dans l’UE
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Word et Excel
  • La connaissance de SAP est un atout
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés
  • Motivé(e) et capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un environnement de distribution ou de fabrication souhaitée
  • Capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome et à mener de front plusieurs tâches sans supervision générale.

Join ETC's Finance team in Saint-Denis and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a global manufacturing organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong analytical skills to manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, VAT compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.

Representative Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting and Closing
  • Review expenses, identify anomalies and propose adjustments
  • Review various financial reports for accuracy and adherence to accounting guidelines and regulations
  • Accumulate and analyze information necessary to support financial statements, reports, and tax returns
  • Record, review and file routine accounting transactions.
  • Review blocked invoices and delivery notes, prepare closing support and monitor revenue.
  • Create monthly variance reports and other management reporting as needed
  • Accounts Payable: review and record invoices, monitor approvals and prepare payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: monitor incoming payments, perform account matching and ensure the collection of outstanding receivables through regular customer follow-ups.
  • Expenses: review and record business expenses
  • Analyze data and assist in preparation of statements, reports, and VAT returns
  • Receive, review, and analyze source information for validity and appropriate approvals
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, DEB filings, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat returns and declarations relating to the environmental compliance scheme.
  • Prepare returns to office of national statistics & other required reporting
  • Assist in preparation of workpapers for audit
  • Review bank transactions, perform bank reconciliations and monitor payment instruments.
  • Prepare supplier payments, monitor due dates and contribute to cash-flow management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher education qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience Additional 3 + years of job-related experience
  • Completed Accountancy exams to Finalist or Qualified
  • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent
  • Experience in a multi-currency environment
  • Experience of Integrated Standard Costing
  • Experience of accounting for foreign branches and subsidiaries
  • Experience of France and EU VAT requirements
  • Experience working in a Distribution/Manufacturing environment desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure & achieve tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
