Für unseren Empfang in Holzkirchen suchen wir Dich: eine freundliche Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen. Du heißt unsere Gäste willkommen, bist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unser Team und sorgst dafür, dass im Büroalltag vieles gut zusammenläuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begrüßt und betreust unsere Gäste und kümmerst Dich um Anrufe, Nachrichten und allgemeine E-Mail-Anfragen.
  • Du organisierst Reise- und Hotelbuchungen und koordinierst die Belegung unserer Firmenwohnungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Besprechungen, Veranstaltungen und Schulungen – von der Vorbereitung bis zum Catering.
  • Du behältst Empfang, Besprechungsräume und Kantine im Blick und kümmerst Dich um Büromaterial, Bürogeräte und Mittagessensbestellungen.
  • Du pflegst unsere Kontaktlisten und unterstützt bei der Gebäude- und Fuhrparkverwaltung sowie bei der Abstimmung mit Reinigung und Wartungsdiensten.
  • Du unterstützt andere Abteilungen und besondere Projekte, wenn Deine Hilfe gebraucht wird.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst den Überblick und arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig.
  • Ein freundliches Auftreten: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und bleibst auch in lebhaften Momenten ruhig und zugewandt.
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kennst Dich mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook, aus.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich auch an unserem Standort in Irschenberg zu arbeiten.

As an internationally successful “hidden champion” with approximately 1,200 employees worldwide, a large part of our team is based in the U.S. In Germany, nearly 60 colleagues work at our locations in Holzkirchen and Irschenberg. For our reception desk in Holzkirchen, we’re looking for you: a friendly person with organizational skills who enjoys interacting with people. You’ll welcome our guests, serve as an important point of contact for our team, and ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll greet and assist our guests and handle phone calls, messages, and general email inquiries.
  • You’ll organize travel and hotel reservations and coordinate the occupancy of our company apartments.
  • You’ll provide support for meetings, events, and training sessions—from preparation to catering.
  • You’ll keep an eye on the reception area, meeting rooms, and cafeteria, and manage office supplies, equipment, and lunch orders.
  • You’ll maintain our contact lists and assist with building and fleet management, as well as coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services.
  • You’ll support other departments and special projects whenever your help is needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Organizational skills: You maintain a clear overview and work independently and reliably.
  • A friendly demeanor: You approach people openly and remain calm and attentive even during busy moments.
  • Business training is a plus.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You communicate confidently in German and have a good command of English.
  • You are willing to work occasionally at our location in Irschenberg.
