Votre mission : - Diagnostique et réparation des cartes électroniques de commande et de contrôleurs retournés par les clients - Analyse et changement des composants défectueux - Inspection, contrôle et test des produits selon les procédures et normes en vigueur dans la société - Participation active à l’élaboration et à la proposition d’actions correctives suite à des retours, afin d’assurer l’amélioration continue de la qualité de nos produits - Optimisation des réparations et priorisation des activités liées à la répartition en fonction de divers critères - Saisie de données dans notre ERP afin d’assurer la traçabilité de nos produits et des réparations

Votre profil : - CFC ou technicien en électronique - Une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans un rôle similaire en SAV - Bonnes connaissances en électronique, analogique et digitale - Expérience confirmée en dépannage et détection des pannes - Maitrise des outils MS Office et Outlook - Connaissances d’un ERP (SAP, Oracle,…) - Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en Français et en Anglais - Excellentes compétences en planification et en gestion des priorités
