Analista de Suporte Técnico Júnior

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte técnico de primeiro e segundo nível aos usuários, presencial e remotamente;
  • Instalar, configurar e realizar manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e demais equipamentos de TI;
  • Instalar e configurar softwares autorizados pela empresa;
  • Realizar backups dos servidores e acompanhar a análise de logs;
  • Registrar e acompanhar solicitações por meio da ferramenta de chamados;
  • Documentar procedimentos e processos da área de TI;
  • Acionar fornecedores e suporte de terceiros quando necessário;
  • Manter atualizado o inventário de hardware;
  • Cumprir as normas internas, procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e código de ética da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em Windows Desktop;
  • Conhecimento em Windows Server;
  • Conhecimento em Exchange;
  • Conhecimento em montagem e manutenção de microcomputadores.
