Principais Responsabilidades

Atuar na geração de demanda e no desenvolvimento de negócios junto ao Canal Técnico, prospectando e desenvolvendo clientes, como construtoras, empresas de módulos habitáveis e fabricantes de painéis. Identificar e mapear oportunidades de negócios, potenciais clientes, projetos e novos mercados para aplicação dos produtos e soluções da empresa. Realizar treinamentos técnicos, teóricos e práticos para clientes, parceiros e equipes comerciais, promovendo o conhecimento e a correta aplicação dos produtos. Desenvolver especificações técnicas de produtos e soluções, considerando as necessidades dos clientes, as características dos projetos e as normas aplicáveis. Conduzir e acompanhar processos de homologação de produtos junto aos clientes, incluindo avaliações técnicas, testes e demais etapas necessárias. Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas e promover ações de relacionamento e posicionamento institucional junto a associações de classe e entidades do setor, como CREA, ASBEA e SINDUSCON. Prestar suporte técnico aos vendedores e representantes comerciais (RCAs), contribuindo para o desenvolvimento das oportunidades, esclarecimento de dúvidas, superação de objeções técnicas e conversão de oportunidades em negócios, atuando em conjunto com a equipe comercial na identificação das melhores soluções para cada projeto.
