Wen suchen wir?

Für unseren Betrieb im Bereich Badgestaltung im Kreis Warendorf, suchen wir eine:n Badverkäufer:in / Badplaner:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit 37,25 Stunden. Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen, Räume und gutes Design, weißt aber auch, dass am Ende nicht nur die schöne Planung zählt, sondern ein begeisterter Kunde, ein wirtschaftlich guter Auftrag und ein erfolgreich umgesetztes Bad!

Unsere Ausstellung hat Montag bis Freitag von 15:00 bis 18:30 Uhr geöffnet und die tägliche Anwesenheit ist Pflicht.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Anforderungsprofil & Vor-Ort-Aufmaß: Erstberatung, Kennenlernen, Bedarfsanalyse, frühe Budgetklärung sowie Aufmaß und Raumanalyse vor Ort.
  • Planung, Bemusterung & Angebot: Komplettbad-Gestaltung, Produktauswahl (Sanitär, Fliesen, Licht etc.), Budgetabgleich und Angebotspräsentation.
  • Vertrieb & Auftragsabwicklung: Verkaufsführung, Nachfassen, Änderungsbearbeitung sowie Bestellung und geordnete Übergabe an die Abwicklung/Montage.
  • Ausführungsbegleitung & Erstübergabe: Fachliche Baubegleitung (nicht teschnisch) bei Rückfragen und persönliche Übergabe des fertigen Bades beim Kunden.
  • Restarbeiten & Projektabschluss: Aufnahme/Nachverfolgung von Restpunkten, Rechnungserläuterung und kaufmännischer Projektabschluss.

Wie ist dein Profil?

  • Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf/ Planung von Bädern, Küchen, innenausbau o.ä
  • Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1 Niveau
  • Empathischer Zuhörer mit der Fähigkeit, Kunden aktiv zu führen, Kaufentscheidungen verbindlich herbeizuführen und Ownership bis zum Projektabschluss zu übernehmen
  • Starkes räumliches/gestalterisches Gespür gepaart mit technischem Grundverständnis zur Beurteilung der Machbarkeit.
  • Effiziente, genaue Arbeitsweise bei parallelen Projekten sowie ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
