We’re looking for a creative Interior Design & Sales Associate to wow clients with our personal service  and state-of-the-art technology, build lasting relationships, and engage with a passionate, design-forward team. We offer highly competitive commission plans, a comprehensive benefits program, and growth opportunities!   What You’ll Do:

Design beautiful, functional spaces for clients Create floor plans and presentations using 3-D Room Planner  Deliver exceptional customer service and close sales Keep our showroom fresh, stylish, and on-trend

  What We’re Looking For:

Interior design experience or degree preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy setting Weekend/holiday availability 

  Compensation Our Design Consultants are paid a recoverable draw typically ranging from $53,000 to $70k annually based on written sales.
