Position Summary Responsible for assisting direct supervisors with daily tasks to meet production, quality, and safety demands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Help support associates to meet production goals.

Help support supervisors to keep production flowing.

Fill in for jobs that need additional help.

Help monitor quality throughout the facility.

Coordinate with associates on special projects moving throughout the facility.

Keep a sharp focus on any safety issues and correct.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Minimim of one year of leadperson or supervisory experience.

May perform other duties and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
