Vi söker en erfaren och engagerad projektledare för ett omfattande nationellt infrastrukturprogram inom järnvägssektorn. Uppdraget omfattar projektledning av modernisering och utbyte av vägskyddsanläggningar längs det svenska järnvägsnätet. Projekten befinner sig i olika faser, från projektering till produktion, och genomförs på flera platser i Sverige. Som projektledare får du en central roll med ansvar för att planera, leda, samordna och följa upp ett eller flera projekt, med fokus på kvalitet, ekonomi, tid och säkerhet. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Leda och samordna projektgrupper bestående av projektingenjörer och teknikspecialister. Ansvara för projektens genomförande från planering och projektering till produktion, överlämning och avslut. Säkerställa att projekten genomförs inom fastställda tids- och kostnadsramar. Följa upp entreprenader, leveranser, kontrakt och ekonomiska prognoser. Ansvara för riskhantering, arbetsmiljö, kvalitet och säkerhet. Säkerställa att gällande regelverk, standarder och föreskrifter efterlevs. Hantera och följa upp avvikelser, ÄTA-arbeten och projektförändringar. Leda och delta i byggmöten, projektmöten och entreprenadbesiktningar. Genomföra platsbesök och följa upp entreprenörernas arbete. Samordna kontakter med interna och externa intressenter.

Kvalifikationer – obligatoriska krav För att vara aktuell för uppdraget ska du uppfylla följande krav: Erfarenhet Minst 4 års arbetslivserfarenhet som projektledare eller i annan arbetsledande befattning, exempelvis platschef eller uppdragsledare, inom likvärdiga järnvägsprojekt som omfattat minst teknikområdena bana, signal och tele. Minst 1 års erfarenhet som projektledare för järnvägsprojekt i projekteringsskede, omfattande bana, signal och tele. Minst 1 års erfarenhet som projektledare för järnvägsprojekt i entreprenadskede, omfattande bana, signal och tele.

Erfarenheten ska vara från de senaste tio åren och motsvara en sysselsättningsgrad om minst 50 procent under respektive angiven period. Utbildning och behörigheter Genomgången projektledarutbildning, alternativt minst ett års erfarenhet som projektledare hos en statlig infrastrukturförvaltare enligt de särskilda processkrav som gäller för uppdraget. Genomgången utbildning för BAS-P och BAS-U. Genomgången BASÄSKYDD eller BASÄVISTA, inklusive eventuella nödvändiga repetitionsutbildningar. Giltig behörighet ska finnas senast den 4 mars 2027. Giltigt B-körkort.

Övriga kompetenser God förmåga att leda, coacha och utveckla projektteam. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift. Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office. God kännedom om relevanta lagar, förordningar, standarder och föreskrifter inom järnvägsområdet.
