The Role:
As a team leader in the SL Fulfillment team you will be responsible for the supervision of the team and to ensure the best possible performance of the agents. You will need to support your team with their daily tasks and deliver training to new colleagues as well as prepare and analyze reports. The role includes close cooperation with other Team leads with customer services.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Enable the team to meet the performance targets both for productivity and quality, perform coaching and training whenever necessary.
- Manage team members' daily schedules, and assignments and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Supervise attendance and ensure time adherence by all team members.
- Ensure the team’s effective functioning & operation, discuss or escalate daily issues to the Manager.
- Organize & run regular team meetings, one on ones and appraisal processes to team members
- Follow best practices and bring forth ideas on how to simplify or improve the different processes.
- Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automation.
- Provide reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of team lead documented experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in GDS : Sabre/ Amadeus / Galileo
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Driven by engaging employees to excel in their daily work and career
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Well-familiar with the travel industry
- Experience in handling ticketing in Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo
- Previous experience in data reporting is considered a benefit
- Seniority in your work and having an interest in seeing people grow and lead teams.
- Issuance and Reissuance knowledge is considered a benefit
- Windows, MS Office, Google Applications (expert)
