Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gruppenweite Verantwortung für Finance, Rechnungswesen, Liquidität und Finanzierung.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB sowie Weiterentwicklung von Reporting, Budgetierung und Forecasting.
  • Vereinheitlichung und Digitalisierung der kaufmännischen Prozesse über Ländergrenzen hinweg.
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams aus Finance, HR und IT sowie Koordination externer Rechtsberater.

Sie berichten direkt an den CEO und verbinden strategische Mitgestaltung mit eigener operativer Arbeit.

Ihr Profil

  • Internationale Erfahrung in der finanziellen Steuerung mehrerer Gesellschaften.
  • Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Konzernabschlusserstellung.
  • Eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; Niederländisch und/oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Präsenz am festen Standort Pförring sowie zu Reisen zu den verschiedenen Standorten der Gruppe im In- und Ausland je nach Bedarf und Notwendigkeit.
