Bij Etteplan krijg je de kans om te groeien binnen een professioneel financieel team. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's, krijgt verantwoordelijkheid vanaf dag één en bouwt brede ervaring op in de administratie, financiële processen, rapportages en controlling binnen een internationale organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistant Controller maak je deel uit van ons finance team. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse financiële processen, maar kijkt ook verder dan de cijfers alleen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Ondersteuning van de financiële administratie, waaronder verkoop- en inkoopfacturatie en urenadministratie.
  • Ondersteuning bij de maandafsluiting, waaronder balansanalyses, journaalboekingen en intercompany-afstemmingen.
  • Het voorbereiden van financiële rapportages.
  • Ondersteuning bij btw- en ICP-aangiften.
  • Ondersteuning tijdens audits en de jaarrekeningcontrole.
  • Voorbereiding van projectrapportages voor de Project Controller.
  • Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen en systemen.
  • Meewerken aan automatiserings- en optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Ondersteuning bij diverse financiële en administratieve werkzaameheden en ad hoc werkzaamheden.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken geen kandidaat met jaren werkervaring. We zoeken iemand met de juiste instelling.

Je bent nieuwsgierig, leert snel en neemt graag initiatief. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken, durft vragen te stellen en wacht niet af als je kansen ziet om iets slimmer of beter te doen.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Finance & Control, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting is een pre.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen en affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.
  • Interesse in procesverbetering, rapportage en automatisering.
  • Een beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week en woonachtig in de omgeving van Eindhoven.

  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
