Es geht nicht um KI als Selbstzweck, sondern um messbaren Nutzen in realen Kundenprojekten: weniger Stunden pro Arbeitspaket, konsistentere Ergebnisse und Lösungen, die Projektteams auch nach der Pilotphase weiter nutzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Technische Verantwortung für das Engineering von Prozessleitsystemen auf Basis von Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 und PCS neo in Anlagen der chemischen und Prozessindustrie, von der Basisplanung bis zur Abnahme
  • Engineering kontinuierlicher und diskontinuierlicher Prozesse: Regelungskonzepte, Fahrweisen, Verriegelungen, SIMATIC BATCH (ISA-88) und Route Control
  • Engineering sicherheitsgerichteter Systeme (SIS), Umsetzung von Sicherheitsfunktionen mit PCS 7 F-Systemen (SIMATIC Safety) oder HIMA HIMax inklusive Schnittstellen zum Leitsystem
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Projektstandards, Typicals und Bibliotheken (APL, projektspezifische Bausteine) sowie Pflege der Master-Data-Library-Strukturen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Migrationen und Modernisierungen bestehender Leitsysteme, auch im laufenden Betrieb (Brownfield)
  • Erarbeitung von Automatisierungskonzepten und Systemarchitekturen (H-Systeme, redundante Netzwerke) inkl. Feldgeräte- und Peripherieauswahl unter Berücksichtigung von Explosionsschutz (ATEX)
  • Umsetzung von Cybersecurity-Anforderungen nach IEC 62443 und NAMUR-Empfehlungen im Projekt
  • Leitung von FAT, SAT, Loop-Checks und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Fachliche Anleitung von Junior-Kollegen inkl. Code- und Dokumentationsreviews
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektro- und Projektleitung; Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung und Aufwandsschätzung
  • Bewertung aktueller KI-Technologien und Identifikation von Anwendungsfällen im PCS-7-Engineering, etwa bei Bibliotheken und Typicals, Code- und Dokumentationsreviews sowie dem Aufbau von Engineering-Wissen

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar, oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessleittechnik mit Siemens PCS 7 (Engineering, OS, Hardware, Bibliotheken), vorzugsweise in der chemischen Industrie oder verwandten Branchen der Verfahrensindustrie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit SIMATIC BATCH sowie Feldbus- und Netzwerktechnik
  • Idealerweise bereits Projekterfahrung mit PCS neo
  • Erfahrung in Großprojekten sowie Brownfield- und Migrationsprojekten
  • Fundiertes Verständnis chemischer Verfahrenstechnik und regelungstechnischer Zusammenhänge
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit IEC 61511, ISA-88, NAMUR, ATEX, IEC 62443 und OPC UA
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Teams, idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Projektleitung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kundenorientierung
  • Neugier auf KI und ein pragmatischer Blick darauf, was sie in der Praxis leistet; dir sind Ergebnisse wichtiger als Hype
  • Affinität zu Prompting, Agents, Retrieval und modernen KI-Workflows sowie Python-Kenntnisse zur Anbindung von Datenquellen, Tools und APIs
  • Freude daran, Engineering-Wissen und Technologie zusammenzubringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
