Wir erstellen innovative Informationsprodukte für verschiedene Branchen – von gedruckten Betriebsanleitungen bis hin zu Augmented Reality Anwendungen für mobile Endgeräte. Die Etteplan Defense GmbH, Teil der Etteplan Gruppe, spezialisiert sich auf die Erstellung von Bedienungsanleitungen, Prüf- und Wartungsanweisungen, Funktionsbeschreibungen, Reparaturleitfäden und Schulungsunterlagen für die Bundeswehr, das Militär und die Rüstungsindustrie.

Für unsere Niederlassung in Koblenz suchen wir ILS Manager Defense (m/w/d) mit der Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle ILS-Programme für unsere Kunden – insbesondere für die Bundeswehr – strategisch zu führen und nachhaltig erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Aktivitäten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von militärischen Standards (z. B. ASD S-Series, TL, MIL-Standards)
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität im ILS-Umfeld
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von logistischen Supportkonzepten für komplexe Defence-Systeme
  • Ableitung von Instandhaltungsstrategien (Maintenance Concepts)
  • Definition von Anforderungen an Wartbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit
  • Durchführung von LSA-/LSAR-Analysen (Logistic Support Analysis)
  • Auswertung von RAM-Daten (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability)
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Erhöhung der Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Planung und Steuerung von Ersatzteilstrategien und Versorgungsketten
  • Definition von Instandhaltungslevels (Level of Maintenance)
  • Aufbau von Materialbereitstellungs- und Logistikkonzepten
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie internationalen Partnern
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von ILS-relevanter Dokumentation (z. B. S1000D, S2000M)
  • Sicherstellung der Konformität mit nationalen und internationalen Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und Reviews
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von ILS-Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich logistischer Konzepte und Lifecycle-Kosten
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen im Defence-Bereich

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ: Techniker/Meister mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im ILS- oder Defence-Umfeld
  • Praktische Erfahrung im militärischen / wehrtechnischen Umfeld (z. B. Bundeswehr, OEMs, Zulieferer)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der ILS-relevanten Prozesse (ILS, LSA, RAMS)
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Life Cycle Cost (LCC)-Analysen / LCC-Berechnungen
  • Kenntnisse von Abläufen, Organisation und Regularien im Defence-Bereich
  • Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung und Auswertung von Daten gemäß ASD-Standards (z. B. S3000L)
  • Kenntnisse in S1000D
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit ILS Tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
