Kanna tekninen vastuu ja johda osaamista asiakkaiden vaativimmissa hankkeissa.

Oletko Senior-tasoa pidemmällä ja haluat ottaa suuremman roolin sekä tekniikassa että asiakasrajapinnassa? Haemme Tampereelle Lead-tason mekaniikkasuunnittelijaa liikkuvien työkoneiden ja teollisuuden laitesuunnittelun pariin. Asiakkaamme ovat kotimaisia ja kansainvälisiä valmistajia, joiden koneet ja laitteet tekevät oikeaa työtä oikeissa olosuhteissa. Lead-roolissa et vain suunnittele vaan ratkot vaikeimmat tekniset ongelmat, kannat teknisen vastuun projekteissa ja kehität koko tiimin tapaa tehdä työtä.

Mitä teet arjessa

  • Kannat teknisen vastuun projekteissa ja ratkot vaativat erityisongelmat, joihin ei ole valmista mallia
  • Konsultoit asiakkaita ja kollegoita mekaniikkasuunnittelun kysymyksissä ja kehität muiden insinöörien osaamista
  • Tunnistat asiakkaan tarpeet ja tuot Etteplanin osaamista esiin: laadit kustannusarviot sekä arvioit resurssit ja aikataulut
  • Varmistat parhaiden käytäntöjen käytön suunnittelutyökaluissa, PDM:ssä ja prosesseissa
  • Seuraat aktiivisesti alasi kehitystä ja tuot uusia ratkaisuja asiakkaiden käyttöön
  • Teet laskentatiimin kanssa tiivistä yhteistyötä ja ohjaat FEA-tulosten soveltamista rakenteisiin
  • Ensisijaiset työkalut ovat NX ja Catia. Creo- ja SolidWorks-osaaminen on hyödyksi.

Sinä olet hyvä kandidaatti, jos

  • Sinulla on DI- tai AMK-tutkinto koneenrakennuksesta ja pitkä kokemus vaativasta kone- ja laitesuunnittelusta
  • Hitsatut rakenteet, hydrauliikka ja dynaamiset kuormitukset ovat sinulle syvästi tuttuja
  • Hallitset laskenta- ja mitoitusosaamisen: osaat mitoittaa rakenteita ja hyödyntää lujuuslaskentaa suunnittelun tukena
  • Olet toiminut teknisenä vastuuhenkilönä, vetäjänä tai mentorina, ei välttämättä esihenkilönä
  • Osaat puhua sekä insinöörille että ostajalle ja nähdä, mistä asiakas oikeasti hyötyy
  • Kommunikoit sekä suomeksi että englanniksi

Haluamme varmistaa, että palkkasi Etteplanilla on oikeudenmukainen ja perusteltu. Palkkasi pohjautuu osaamiseesi ja panokseesi Etteplanin toimintatapojen mukaisesti. Tässä tehtävässä tyypillinen kuukausipalkka on 4500–5300 € kokemuksestasi ja tehtävän vaativuudesta riippuen.
