Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Leverkusen suchen wir einen Projektleiter mit Hintergrund Verfahrenstechnik (m/w/d) mit fundierter Erfahrung in der chemischen Prozessindustrie.

Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt in der Konzeption, Auslegung und Planung verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen für unsere Industriekunden – von Machbarkeits- und Konzeptstudien über Basic- und Detail-Engineering bis hin zur technischen Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und Optimierungsprojekten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Projektleitung über alle Gewerke hinweg (Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektro, MSR, Bau)
  • Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Qualitätssicherung im Projekt
  • Ansprechpartner für den Kunden über den gesamten Projektverlauf – von Angebot/Konzeptstudie bis zur Abnahme
  • Verfahrenstechnische Planung, Auslegung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung chemischer Produktionsanlagen
  • Erstellung von Verfahrenskonzepten, Stoff‑ und Energiebilanzen
  • Auslegung und Spezifikation von Apparaten (Kolonnen, Reaktoren, Wärmetauscher, Pumpen, Rohrleitungen)
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von R&I‑Fließschemata, Verfahrensbeschreibungen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Sicherheitsanalysen (HAZOP, SIL, LOPA)
  • Technische Unterstützung des Anlagenbetriebs sowie Analyse von Betriebsstörungen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (z.B. ATEX, Druckgeräterichtlinie)

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Prozessindustrie
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung aller Gewerke
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse chemischer Prozesse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Anlagen‑ und Projektengineering
  • Bereitschaft zur projektbezogenen bundesweiten Reisetätigkeit
  • Erfahrung mit verfahrenstechnischer Simulationssoftware
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Regelwerken und internationalen Standards
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
