Oletko kokenut mekaniikkasuunnittelija, joka on kyllästynyt suunnittelemaan jonkun toisen päätösten mukaan? Haemme Tampereelle Senior-tason suunnittelijaa vaativiin tuotesuunnittelu tehtäviin. Asiakkaamme ovat kotimaisia ja kansainvälisiä valmistajia, joiden koneet ja laitteet tekevät oikeaa työtä oikeissa olosuhteissa. Työ on sekä sarjatuotteiden kehitystä että vaativia erikoisprojekteja.

Senior-roolissa omistat oman osa-alueesi: päätät, miten ratkaisu tehdään, ja vastaat siitä, että se toimii. Samalla mentoroit kollegoita ja vedät tarvittaessa pienempiä projekteja.

Mitä teet arjessa

  • Suunnittelet teräsrakenteita, teollisuuden laitteita, hydraulisia järjestelmiä ja esimerkiksi liikkuvien koneiden kokonaisuuksia vaativiin olosuhteisiin
  • Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä laskentatiimin kanssa: osaat lukea FEA-tuloksia ja soveltaa niitä käytäntöön
  • Hallitset monimutkaisten kokoonpanojen PDM-vetoisen hallinnan ja elinkaarinäkökulman
  • Kehität suunnittelun menetelmiä ja varmistat laadun, turvallisuuden ja tuottavuuden
  • Tunnistat projektin riskit ajoissa ja mentoroit kollegoita

Ensisijaiset työkalut ovat NX ja Catia. Creo- ja SolidWorks-osaaminen on hyödyksi, ja uuden työkalun oppii nopeasti, jos suunnittelun perusteet ovat hallussa.

Sinä olet hyvä kandidaatti, jos

  • Sinulla on DI- tai AMK-tutkinto koneenrakennuksesta ja useiden vuosien käytännön kokemus
  • Hitsatut rakenteet, hydrauliikka ja dynaamiset kuormitukset ovat tuttuja projekteista
  • Otat omistajuuden: suunnitelma on valmis vasta, kun se toimii
  • Viet teknisen ratkaisun asiakkaalle ymmärrettävästi ilman insinöörikieltä
  • Kommunikoit sekä suomeksi että englanniksi

Kokemus off-highway- tai liikkuvista koneista tai valu- ja muu erikoisosaaminen on selkeä etu. Jos et täytä kaikkia kohtia mutta tunnistat itsesi kuvauksesta, hae silti.
