Für die Region Halle /Merseburg /Bitterfeld suchen wir einen Team Lead Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d), mit Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination von Automatisierungsprojekten und Expertise in der Projektierung und Konfiguration von Automatisierungssystemen, zum Aufbau und zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Region.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Automatisierungsprojekten – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Leitung von Projekten unter den Gesichtspunkten der Kosten-, Zeit- und Ressourceneffizienz
  • Projektbezogene Steuerung und Koordinierung der verschiedenen Gewerke und Lieferanten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungskonzepten für Prozessanlagen, einschließlich Retrofit-Maßnahmen
  • Ermittlung von Anforderungen, Abstimmungen mit den verantwortlichen Funktionen beim Kunden zu Aufgaben und Layout der Leittechnik
  • Planung, Projektierung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Lastenheften und Software-und Hardware-Spezifikationen
  • Kenntnisse in der Projektierung, Konfiguration und Integration von Automatisierungssystemen sowie Gestaltung bedienerfreundlicher Visualisierungen
  • Fehleranalyse, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Funktionsbeschreibungen und Konzepte zur Unterstützung interner und externer Stakeholder

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik), Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Automatisierungssystemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektierung und Konfiguration von Automatisierungssystemen sowie mindestens eine Spezialisierung (Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Emerson Delta V) oder einem vergleichbaren System
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Zulieferanten und Kunden
  • Leadership-Erfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zum Erwerb neuer Kenntnisse in der Prozessautomatisierung
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir schätzen auch / wünschenswert:

  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • Verfahrenstechnische Kenntnisse von kontinuierlichen oder Batch-Prozessen

Hinweis:

Die Projekte werden administrativ vom Standort Berlin koordiniert. Der Einsatzort liegt jedoch in der Region Halle / Merseburg / Bitterfeld. Im Rahmen der bestehenden Betriebsvereinbarung zur mobilen Arbeit besteht die Möglichkeit, an einzelnen Tagen flexibel außerhalb des Kundenstandorts, z. B. von zuhause, zu arbeiten.
