Etteplan Region Nord wächst und wir eröffnen ein neues Kapitel: den Standort Bremen. Kein Neustart bei null, sondern der bewusste Wiederaufstieg an einem Markt, den wir kennen, mit einem starken Team im Rücken aus Brunsbüttel und nationalen sowie internationalen Standorten. Wir suchen dafür eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit aus der Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung, die Lust hat, einen Standort wirklich aufzubauen, statt nur zu verwalten.

Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung: für den Aufbau des Teams, für den Vertrieb in der Region und für den ersten Kundenstamm vor Ort. Deine Erfolge sind sichtbar, weil du sie selbst gestaltest.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst den Standort Bremen von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zum eingespielten Team
  • Du baust dein Team schrittweise auf, rekrutierst und führst die ersten Mitarbeitenden disziplinarisch und fachlich
  • Du gestaltest lokale Prozesse und Strukturen in Abstimmung mit der Region Nord und Etteplan Germany
  • Du identifizierst und akquirierst neue Kunden in der Region Bremen, mit Fokus auf Chemie, Pharma, Energie und verfahrenstechnische Industrie
  • Du baust bestehende Kontakte aus dem früheren Bremer Geschäft wieder auf und erschließt neue Potenziale
  • Du erstellst und verantwortest Angebote und führst die entsprechenden Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Du repräsentierst Etteplan bei Kunden, auf Veranstaltungen und in der regionalen Branchen-Community
  • Du leitest und koordinierst Automatisierungsprojekte, von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Du steuerst Projekte unter Kosten-, Zeit- und Ressourcengesichtspunkten
  • Du entwickelst dein Team fachlich und persönlich weiter, mit regelmäßigem Feedback und gezieltem Mentoring
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanagement sicher, dass Projekte in Zeit, Budget und Qualität umgesetzt werden

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik), Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung in einem gängigen System (Siemens TIA, PCS7, ABB 800xA, Emerson DeltaV oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägtes Vertriebs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, etwas aufzubauen statt nur zu verwalten
  • Sicheres Auftreten bei Kunden und die Fähigkeit, Menschen für eine Sache zu gewinnen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir schätzen auch / wünschenswert:

  • Regionales Netzwerk oder Marktkenntnis im Raum Bremen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich MES oder mit verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen (kontinuierliche oder Batch-Prozesse)
  • Erfahrung aus einer vergleichbaren Aufbau- oder Restart-Situation
