Etsimme Vantaalle Technical Communication & Data Solutions -liiketoimintayksikköön team manageria. Team managerina vastaat oman tiimisi arjesta, asiakassuhteista ja projektien etenemisestä, ja toimit tärkeänä linkkinä asiakkaiden, asiantuntijoiden ja Etteplanin muun organisaation välillä.

Työtehtäväsi

Liiketoiminnan kasvattamisessa ja myynnissä

  • kasvatat tiimisi liiketoimintaa yhteistyössä muun organisaation kanssa
  • vastaat sekä uusasiakashankinnasta että olemassa olevien asiakkuuksien vahvistamisesta ja kehittämisestä – osallistut myyntityöhön, teet tarjouksia ja tunnistat asiakkaiden tarpeista uusia mahdollisuuksia
  • ylläpidät ja kehität asiakassuhteita ratkaisukeskeisellä ja luotettavalla otteella
  • varmistat projektien etenemisen niin, että asiakkaiden toiveet ja tavoitteet toteutuvat
  • huolehdit tiimisi osalta liikevaihdon ja kannattavuuden tavoitteiden toteutumisesta
  • olet valmis tarpeen mukaan käärimään hihat ja osallistumaan projektityöhön

Ihmisten johtamisessa

  • huolehdit noin 10-15 hengen tiimistäsi ja sen hyvinvoinnista
  • tuet tiimin jäseniä heidän arjessaan ja kehittymisessään
  • varmistat, että osaaminen ja resurssit vastaavat asiakastarpeita

Toiminnan kehittämisessä

  • kehität tiimisi toimintatapoja systemaattisemmiksi ja sujuvammiksi
  • viet eteenpäin asiakasratkaisujen ja palveluiden kehittämistä
  • teet yhteistyötä muiden Etteplanin tiimien kanssa uusien mahdollisuuksien tunnistamiseksi

Edellytämme sinulta

  • soveltuvaa koulutusta (esimerkiksi insinööri tai FM)
  • ymmärrystä teknisestä informaatiosta/dokumentaatiosta ja sen merkityksestä teknologiateollisuudessa
  • kokemusta projektinhallinnallisesta työstä, service manager -roolista tai vastaavasta
  • liiketoiminnallista vainua ja kunnianhimoa oman tiimin ja asiakkuuksien kasvattamiseen
  • systemaattisia ja luotettavia toimintatapoja
  • myyntihenkisyyttä ja halua kehittyä jatkuvasti tehtävässäsi
  • valmiutta liikkua pääkaupunkiseudulla asiakkaiden luona ja työskennellä Etteplanin toimistolla – tehtävässä on mahdollisuus osittaiseen etätyöhön

Aiempaa kokemusta esihenkilöroolista ei edellytetä, mutta siitä on varmasti etua. Tärkeintä on halu kasvaa ihmisten ja liiketoiminnan johtajana.

Tässä tehtävässä tyypillinen kuukausipalkka on 3700-4700 € kokemuksestasi riippuen. Lisäksi tehtävään kuuluu mahdollisuus tulosperusteiseen bonukseen.
