Nyt sinulle tarjoutuu tilaisuus, jossa pääset vaikuttamaan sekä suunnitteluun että tiimin arkeen. Etsimme Vantaan osastollemme Team Manageria, jonka rooli yhdistää vahvan suunnittelutyön ja aidon esihenkilövastuun. Tässä paikassa pääset todella jättämään jälkesi: kehität osastoa, sparraat porukkaa ja olet mukana viemässä projekteja maaliin.

Toimit osastopäällikön parina asiakasmyynnissä ja olet teknisenä tukena sekä asiakkaille että kollegoille talon sisällä.

Sinulla on vahva suunnittelutausta esimerkiksi laite- ja konepuolen sähköistyksistä, ja nyt haluat laajentaa siipiäsi esihenkilötyöhön. Meille tärkeintä on kehittymishalu, motivaatio ja fiksu asenne – niin suunnittelupöydän ääressä kuin tiimin vetäjänä. Pääset sparraamaan tiimiä, kehittämään prosesseja ja työkaluja sekä olemaan mukana rakentamassa tiimiä rekrytointien kautta.

Toimipiste on pääsääntöisesti Vantaalla, mutta hybridityö taipuu yrityksen käytäntöjen mukaan.

Pääasialliset työtehtävät:

Toimit sähkösuunnittelutiimin insinöörien suorana esihenkilönä ja olet mukana projekteissa pääsuunnittelijan tai suunnittelijan roolissa esihenkilötyön salliessa. Osallistut tarjouslaskentaan ja projektien määrittelyyn, toimit asiakasrajapinnassa teknisenä asiantuntijana ja tuet projektimyyntiä. Kehität suunnitteluprosesseja ja työkaluja eteenpäin, ja olet mukana uusien osaajien rekrytoinnissa.

Projektit vaihtelevat pienistä suunnittelutehtävistä laajoihin automaatiojärjestelmien sähköistyshankkeisiin – kirjo ulottuu teollisuuden sähköautomaatiosta ja testausautomaatiosta robotiikkaan, kuljetinlinjastoihin, liikenteeseen ja puolustusteollisuuteen. Välillä projektit voivat viedä sinut myös asiakkaan tiloihin työskentelemään.

Näitä toivomme sinulta:

Sähkötekniikan diplomi-insinöörin tai insinöörin (AMK/YAMK) tutkinto, vähintään viiden vuoden kokemus sähköjärjestelmien suunnittelusta ja projektityöstä sekä ymmärrys teollisuuden sähköstandardeista. Sujuva suomi ja englanti kuuluvat asiaan, samoin kyky ohjata pientä suunnittelutiimiä. Kokemus EPLAN-, CADS- tai vastaavasta suunnitteluohjelmistosta on plussaa arjessa.

Eduksi lasketaan (ei välttämätöntä):

Sähköasennuskokemus, S1- tai S2-asennusoikeudet, käyttöönottokokemus, automaatio-, robotiikka- tai kuljetinratkaisujen sähköistyksen tuntemus sekä kokemus meriteollisuudesta tai laivasähköstä.

Haluamme varmistaa, että palkkasi Etteplanilla on oikeudenmukainen ja perusteltu. Palkkasi pohjautuu osaamiseesi ja panokseesi Etteplanin toimintatapojen mukaisesti. Tässä tehtävässä tyypillinen kuukausipalkka on 5000–6000 €/kk kokemuksestasi riippuen.
