Für unser Engineering-Team am Standort Oberhausen suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter technischer Expertise in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, EMSR-Technik und Hardwareplanung.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du nicht nur die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams, sondern wirkst auch aktiv an der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte mit. Dabei förderst du kontinuierlich die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams, entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und trägst maßgeblich zum Wachstum unseres Engineering-Geschäfts bei. Die Tätigkeit umfasst Projekte aus den Bereichen Prozessindustrie, Energie, Chemie, Pharma und weiterer produzierender Industrien.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Teams im Bereich Elektrotechnik, EMSR und Hardwareplanung
  • Verantwortung für die Ressourcen-, Einsatz- und Kapazitätsplanung zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten, vorzugsweise im Basic Engineering, sowie technische Unterstützung des Teams bei der Planung und Projektierung elektrotechnischer Anlagen, EMSR-Systeme und Hardware-Lösungen
  • Erstellung, Kalkulation und Freigabe von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung bei der Projektakquise
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung technischer Lösungen, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen
  • Verantwortung für das Projektcontrolling gemeinsam mit den Projektmanager*innen hinsichtlich Qualität, Budget und Terminen
  • Betreuung und strategischer Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder durch Coaching, Mentoring und regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung organisatorischer Abläufe, Engineering-Standards sowie eingesetzter Tools und Methoden
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Standorts Oberhausen und des Engineering-Geschäfts in der Region

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerabschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Fachkompetenz in der Elektrotechnik sowie mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in EMSR-Technik oder Hardwareplanung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Projektierung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen, Schaltanlagen oder EMSR-Systemen, idealerweise auch von Energie- und Versorgungsanlagen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Freigabe von Angeboten sowie im Umgang mit wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAE-/CAD-Systemen wie EPLAN, COMOS, Planeds oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aktiv auszubauen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
