Wir erstellen innovative Informationsprodukte für verschiedene Branchen – von gedruckten Betriebsanleitungen bis hin zu Augmented Reality Anwendungen für mobile Endgeräte. Die Etteplan Defense GmbH, Teil der Etteplan Gruppe, spezialisiert sich auf die Erstellung von Bedienungsanleitungen, Prüf- und Wartungsanweisungen, Funktionsbeschreibungen, Reparaturleitfäden und Schulungsunterlagen für die Bundeswehr, das Militär und die Rüstungsindustrie.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von komplexen technischen Beschreibungen wie Bedienungsanleitungen, Prüf- und Wartungsanweisungen, Funktionsbeschreibungen, Reparaturleitfäden oder auch Schulungsunterlagen für den Anlagen- und Maschinenbau in der Rüstungsindustrie
  • eigenständige Recherche und Beschaffung relevanter Unterlagen zur Erstellung der technischen Dokumentationen in einem XML-basierten Redaktionssystem
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Fachabteilungen, um Kundenwünsche zielgerichtet umzusetzen
  • Pflege und Prüfung der Dokumentationen auf Normen- und Richtlinienkonformität und dem Standard S1000D
  • eigenständige Betreuung von Projekten und Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und prozessgerechten Umsetzung

Deine Qualifikation:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (Meister/ Techniker), in den Bereichen Anlagen- und Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • praktische Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Maschinen-, Flugzeug-, Schiffbau, Elektrik oder z. B. Elektronik mit einem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen in einem XML basierten Redaktionssystem
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen (HiCo, Quils etc.) und strukturierten Dokumenten (XML/SGML)
  • Vertrautheit mit Bundeswehr-Terminologie
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft zum Kunden (national)
  • Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der technisch-logistischen-Betreuung wäre wünschenswert
