Deine Aufgaben:

* Planung: Eigenständige Routenplanung und Vorbereitung der Testkäufe.

* Begleitung Testkäufe: Du organisierst und begleitest Testkäufe mit Jugendlichen zur Überprüfung der Abgabeverbote von Alkohol, Tabak und Medien.

* Direktes Feedback\-Gespräch: Unmittelbar nach dem Testkauf trittst du gegenüber dem Personal als Fachperson auf. Du besprichst das Ergebnis sachlich – du lobst vorbildliches Verhalten oder weist konstruktiv auf Fehlverhalten hin.

* Reporting: Die Ergebnisse dokumentierst du präzise und zeitnah in unserem digitalen Reporting\-Tool via Smartphone.

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Vorbildfunktion: Du stehst voll hinter den Werten des Jugendschutzes und verfügst über einen einwandfreien Leumund.
  • Zeitmanagement: Du kannst regelmässige (oft Samstags) Ganztages\-Touren organisieren und durchführen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst Feedback so vermitteln, dass es als Unterstützung und nicht als Kritik wahrgenommen wird. Ein sicheres, professionelles Auftreten ist für dich selbstverständlich.

* Mobilität \& Technik: Du besitzt ein eigenes Auto, ein Smartphone für die Dokumentation sowie ein Laptop für die Planung. Excel ist kein Fremdwort für dich.

* Leumund: Ein einwandfreier Leumund ist Voraussetzung für diese Vertrauensposition.
