Vi söker nu en kvalitets- och miljöspecialist som är operativ, engagerad och erfaren inom området! Hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta i en bred roll och att påverka och förbättra våra processer samtidigt som du säkerställer att vi följer lagar och standarder för kvalitet och miljö.

I din roll kommer du att:

Som kvalitets- och miljöspecialist på Beneli (del av Ettiketto Group) så arbetar du nära verksamheten och har det övergripande ansvaret för att ledningssystemet är stabilt, uppfyller regulatoriska krav och anpassat för både dagens och framtidens behov. I rollen som kvalitets- och miljöspecialist hos oss på Beneli så rapporterar du till produktionschefen och du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta med följande uppgifter:

  • Interna och externa revisioner
  • Delta i riskanalyser och valideringar
  • Säkerställa lagefterlevnad
  • Processägare till avvikelsehantering och Document Control
  • Besvara kunders frågor gällande olika regelverk och ansvarar för att våra leverantörer är kvalificerade
  • Ansvara för att självutvärderingar genomförs relaterade till kvalitets- och miljöfrågor och följa upp KPI:er
  • Ansvara för rapportering av hållbarhetsdata både internt och externt

Du är en hands-on resurs i att utforma, följa upp och justera rutiner och processer och är även en aktiv del i interna utbildningar och kommunikation kring kvalitet och miljö. Vår kvalitets- och miljöspecialist samverkar med olika avdelningar för att hela tiden utveckla vår kultur av ständiga förbättringar. Du medverkar även i utvecklingsprojekt av nya produkter och bidrar med ditt kvalitetsperspektiv.

Vi söker dig som:

I rollen som kvalitets- och miljöspecialist ser vi att du är en person med ett starkt driv och ett praktiskt, lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. Utöver detta ser vi att du:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet inom kvalitet och miljö, gärna i en operativ roll
  • Är hands-on, lösningsfokuserad och uppskattar att arbeta nära verksamheten
  • Har goda kunskaper om ISO-standarder (framförallt ISO 9001 och 14001) och IATF 16949
  • Har erfarenhet av ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 alternativt erfarenhet av läkemedelsbranschen
  • Är kommunikativ, kan engagera andra i förbättringsarbete och behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Är självgående och trivs i en roll där du kan ta ansvar och driva initiativ

Det är meriterande med erfarenhet av arbetsmiljölagstiftning, rapportering till Eco Vadis samt produktion och utveckling av tekniska produkter.
