Die EUCO Rail AG ist ein unabhängiger europäischer Bahndienstleister mit zwei Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland, die EUCO Rail Development GmbH und die EUCO Rail Services GmbH. Wir verfügen über eine starke Service-DNA und sind ein verlässlicher Partner für private Betreiber und alle Bahnhersteller. Unser Kerngeschäft ist die Erbringung von Schienenfahrzeugdienstleistungen in Deutschland sowie die technische und industrielle Beratung. Wir übernehmen umfassende Verantwortung und streben stets nach Wachstum durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Partnern. Wir sind darauf ausgerichtet, in Europa zu wachsen und Dienstleistungen für private Personenverkehrsbetreiber im Rahmen langfristiger Betriebsverträge zu erbringen.

Daher suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort Langweid am Lech Verstärkung.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Head of QHSE (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die Themen Qualität, Arbeitsschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz an unseren Standorten in Deutschland.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Konsolidierung der Managementsysteme (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und ISO 45001, sowie der ECM-Funktionen) und Fortführung als integriertes Managementsystem
  • Auf- und Ausbau der Nutzung der QM-Software
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich
  • Pflege und Optimierung der QM-Dokumentation
  • Planung und Durchführung der internen Audits, des Managementreviews und der Sicherheitsbegehungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von externen Audits (ISO-und ECM Normen) inkl. Kundenaudits
  • Zusammenführung, Implementierung und Nachverfolgung aller für das Unternehmen relevanten Normen und Standards
  • Regelmäßige Kennzahlenerhebung und -auswertung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung des jährlichen Managementberichtes
  • Aufrechterhaltung von Sonderzertifizierungen (Kleb- und Schweißzertifizierung etc.)
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Stellenbezogene relevante Weiterbildungen im Bereich Qualität
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzmanagement in verantwortender Funktion, idealerweise in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnissen der relevanten Normen
  • Erfahrungen in der Leitung, Vor- und Nachbereitung und Durchführung von Audits
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Affinität zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine kommunikative und analytische Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, Verhandlungsstärke, organisierter sowie prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägten Problemlösungskompetenzen
  • mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • PKW-Führerschein
