Cork Eircode: P12W229Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 1We are a general construction company seeking an experienced Plumber to work on a variety of building projects. The successful candidate will carry out the installation, alteration and testing of plumbing, heating and drainage systems on residential, commercial and mixed-use construction sites.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Install complete plumbing systems on new-build and refurbishment projects, including cold and hot water supplies, soil and waste pipework, and drainage.Fit sanitary ware, baths, showers, sinks, toilets and associated fittings in accordance with drawings and specifications.Install and connect boilers, cylinders, radiators and heating pipework on residential and commercial developments.Measure, cut and joint pipework in copper, plastic and other materials using appropriate methods (soldering, compression, solvent welding, etc.).Test installations for leaks and pressure, carry out necessary adjustments and prepare systems for handover.Work from construction drawings and coordinate with other trades on site.Maintain a clean and safe working area and comply with site health and safety rules and Building Regulations.Complete job records and report progress as required.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience installing plumbing and heating systems on construction projects.Ability to read and work from construction drawings.Full clean driving licence preferred.Ability to work as part of a site team and independently when required.Safe Pass card desirable.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>
