Estamos à procura de um/a Comercial para reforçar a nossa equipa e contribuir ativamente para o crescimento da marca EUPAGO. Principais responsabilidades:

  • Identificar e abordar novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Gerir e acompanhar clientes potenciais e ativos;
  • Realizar contactos telefónicos e follow-up comercial;
  • Apresentar e promover soluções de acordo com o perfil de cada cliente;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e apoiar negociações;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipa para atingir objetivos comerciais;
  • Registar e acompanhar interações em ferramentas CRM;

O que procuramos:

  • Experiência profissional em call center/contact center, preferencialmente em contexto comercial ou apoio ao cliente;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, argumentação e negociação;
  • Orientação para objetivos e satisfação do cliente;
  • Experiência no contacto telefónico com clientes e gestão de leads;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas CRM, ERP e plataformas de atendimento;
  • Domínio do Microsoft Office e Google Workspace;
  • Capacidade de organização e gestão de tarefas administrativas/comerciais;
  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade e resiliência;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês a nível intermédio (oral e escrito).
