Buscamos um(a) Analista de Facilities e Compras Pleno para garantir uma operação eficiente, segura e bem estruturada, conectando gestão predial, serviços e suprimentos. Você vai atuar em parceria com diversas áreas, ajudando a manter a Eureka produtiva e com ótima experiência para as pessoas colaboradoras.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir contratos e prestadores de serviços de facilities (limpeza, manutenção, segurança, recepção etc.), assegurando conformidade com normas de segurança e regulamentações aplicáveis.
  • Acompanhar rotinas de manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva, incluindo rondas periódicas e abertura/acompanhamento de chamados de manutenção.
  • Conduzir processos de compras (cotações, negociações, pedidos e follow-up) e desenvolver relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • Controlar estoque de materiais, insumos e serviços recorrentes.
  • Acompanhar o orçamento (budget) de facilities e compras, monitorar indicadores de custo, qualidade e SLA, e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para a alta gestão.
  • Atuar na melhoria contínua de processos e políticas da área.
  • Apoiar projetos de infraestrutura, mudanças de layout e expansão.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia como Analista de Facilities, Compras ou Suprimentos (2 a 3 anos, nível Pleno).
  • Vivência com gestão de contratos e fornecedores de serviços prediais.
  • Experiência em processos de compras (cotações, negociações e pedidos).
  • Experiência em acompanhamento de orçamento (budget) e indicadores de custo.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office ou Google Workspace (principalmente Excel/Sheets).
  • Organização, visão de processos e habilidade de negociação.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho CLT – 100% presencial, Av. Paulista (São Paulo)

  • Atuação anterior em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de facilities corporativos ou multi-sites.
  • Experiência com sistemas de compras/ERP e gestão de chamados (ex: Zendesk).
  • Noções de normas de segurança e manutenção predial.
  • Participação em projetos de redução de custos ou melhoria de eficiência.
