Wat ga je doen? Als planontwikkelaar werk je nauw samen met jouw ontwikkelteam om de wensen van de klant te vertalen naar concrete onderhoudsplannen.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het opstellen en analyseren van beleidsvarianten en voorkeursscenario’s.

- Het ontwikkelen van technische werkomschrijvingen, investeringsbegrotingen en meerjaren onderhoudsplannen (MJOB).

- Het zoeken naar innovatieve oplossingen en toepassingen om de duurzaamheid en kwaliteit van vastgoedprojecten te verbeteren.

Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken een gedreven teamspeler die zowel bouwkundige kennis als projectmanagementvaardigheden heeft. Je denkt graag mee over creatieve en technische oplossingen en bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste materialen en technieken in de vastgoedsector. Wat breng je mee?

- HBO/TU werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde.

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de bouw- of onderhoudsbranche, idealiter als werkvoorbereider.

- Ervaring met projectmanagement, bouwkosten en procesmanagement.

- Relevante certificeringen, zoals (VOL) VCA, PKVW, of EPA-adviseur, zijn een plus.

- Kennis van MS Office en AutoCAD.
