Als Senior Projectontwikkelaar Woningbouw stuur je woningbouw- en gebiedsontwikkelingstrajecten van initiatief tot en met projectrealisatie. Vanaf de eerste haalbaarheidsstudie en businesscase tot aan de overdracht aan beheer blijf jij aan zet. Je beoordeelt locaties, analyseert de financiële haalbaarheid en werkt plannen uit tot concrete vastgoedontwikkeling met realistische bouwkostenramingen en duidelijke risicoanalyse. Je schakelt met architecten, adviseurs, aannemers en bouwpartners over plannen, ontwerpen en contractvorming. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en risico’s. Met gemeenten en andere stakeholders overleg je over vergunningen, programma en draagvlak. Duurzaam bouwen en toekomstbestendige woningbouw zijn vaste onderdelen van de plannen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega-projectontwikkelaars en de directie. Je rapporteert op projectfinanciering, cashflow en rendement en adviseert over strategie, nieuwe locaties en verbeterkansen in het ontwikkelproces. De combinatie van inhoud, stakeholdermanagement en financiële sturing vraagt om iemand die graag het totaaloverzicht houdt en soepel wisselt tussen concept, detail en uitvoering.

Wat breng je mee?

- HBO- of WO-opleiding Bouwkunde, Vastgoed of vergelijkbaar

- Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in projectontwikkeling of vastgoedontwikkeling

- Sterke vaardigheden in financiën, contractvorming bouw en stakeholdermanagement

- Vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en regie te houden op complexe projecten

- Strategische blik op woningbouwontwikkeling en gevoel voor politieke en bestuurlijke verhoudingen
