Als projectmanager bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige voortraject van diverse bouwprojecten, van utiliteitsbouw tot woningbouw, renovatie en transformatie. Vanaf de eerste uitvraag van de opdrachtgever stuur je op een haalbaar plan, heldere afspraken en een soepele overdracht aan het uitvoeringsteam. Je vertaalt de wensen en eisen van opdrachtgevers naar concrete, uitvoerbare plannen. Per project stel je een passend projectteam samen, bewaakt de voortgang van het ontwerpproces en zorg je dat planning, kosten en kwaliteit in balans blijven. Begrotingen laat je opstellen, beoordeel je kritisch en bespreek je met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en andere partijen. Je analyseert risico’s en kansen en werkt deze uit in passende oplossingen. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke aanbieding en coördineert de communicatie. Overeenkomsten en contracten volg je nauwgezet. Je werkt samen met collega’s van calculatie, ontwerp en uitvoering. Zodra de voorbereiding gereed is en het project kan worden overgedragen, start het volgende project. Je bent aanwezig op kantoor (regio Cruquius / Alblasserdam) en op projectlocaties. De werkdruk varieert per projectfase; in aanbestedings- en planvormingsfases wordt scherp gestuurd op deadlines.

- Ervaring als projectmanager, werkvoorbereider, projectleider of vergelijkbare rol binnen de bouw

- Kennis van plan- en prijsvorming van bouwprojecten en gevoel voor kosten, kwaliteit en planning

- Vaardig in het afstemmen van wensen van opdrachtgevers en het vertalen naar haalbare projecten

- Besluitvaardige, analytische en samenwerkingsgerichte werkstijl

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het contact met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en interne teams

- Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit en de bereidheid om continu te blijven leren en verbeteren
